In order a respective senior management employee to be considered as a leader in a significant size company, but not only in this level, but in the whole organization, as it is accurately written in Robin Sharma’s book “The leader who had no title”, should have the capability to inspire and show in action and leading by example that his behavior is equal as to be defined as a leader.
