About us...

This site was created with the aim of listing ideas, development and information to all those who have gastronomy prominently in their interests, personal or professional, but also not only.

Together we will wander on paths that have to do with Restaurant Management but not only.Original ideas, trends, presentations, recipes, suggestions, evaluations, sources of knowledge and much more compose the puzzle of our effort, always aiming at a holistic approach to food, Management and Ethics and in general to the map of food and drink, contributing as much as we can to the development of gastronomy, through new trends and quality proposals from all over the world.

Our main concern in the distant future is through our awareness to give gastronomy the prestige and position it deserves, offering the right space in the kitchen and the possibilities of our country, to increase its visibility within and outside borders, creating the foundations to promote it as an international destination of gastronomy and beyond.
