Kalamatianos first started operating at 1967 and left his mark in local gastronomy, providing always a refurbished view, always in parallel ways of time’s trends, maintaining his clientele for many years.
Chef, Christos Gremos puts taste above all, among professionalism. Each dish is balanced, stable in taste, pointing out Greek products and local products, offering dishes that always pinned in each guest memory. “Salatouri” with fresh cod, fresh salads, remarkable appetizers, carpaccio, tartar, fresh fish of the day, but also meat and desserts, are all carefully chosen and with real professional operation at the kitchen.
