LET’S E-MEET TOGETHER

First of all, I would like to thank all of you on behalf of our team, for the support of this project, in order to provide real & ethical updates and info, to bring into sight really nice products (edible or utensils for their preparation), to present our way of view without being modified or being not transparent and finally, to leave our mark for quality news, guidance, consulting and transmit our knowledge and experience, always aiming to really useful, clever and feasible products and to resurrection of Greek Gastronomy as a main goal and all worldwide cuisines.

Furthermore, we are now opening the section of blogging at FnBpedia. The area that couldn’t miss as our initial script is the consequences that this pandemic brought to our lives in dining, amusement and tourism.

We shall begin with the global affection regarding dining and amusement, which is somehow functioning in some countries, including law restrictions and sub-functioning in some others, only in delivery methods or takeaway.

Here is the spot that each individual’s responsibility begins! Each business sustainability (dining and more)  needs to function, to operate constantly and uninterrupted, although there are some misfortune examples that they don’t match with the aforementioned individual responsibility and unfortunately being organized by these areas owners. It is clearly understandable and respected, the fact that this income “gap” needs to be overturned and failure should be eliminated. Government has almost convicted these sections of productivity at the national operation system, but this is the critical point that all together need to find out and assist in any way, in order this situation to be solved and the dining industry to be saved.

Inspections, checking, controlling, monitoring, limited regulations and many more tools of compliance need to be applied. The other side, the one with the owners  of these areas and their proposals for the next day, needs to be taken under serious consideration, in order to be able to provide their suggestions and expeditions, so that they can save the upcoming situation and period of time.

Now that restaurants reopen, law control checks should be more often, but music restrictions should be reviewed. 

Many former employees of these areas were unemployed, feel uncertain for the closest future and this extended decline did not help this situation at all.

The best way things to start rolling in “regularity” is each side to sail in parallel ways and penetrate into everyone subconscious the individual responsibility and consideration of each one’s right to be productive and able to live with dignity, upon his own desires.
